Howdy! I've got a simple question, is there any button that I can just click to order an arrest? By default I have to press down the "E" button on my keyboard, which is kinda hard since I have to keep aiming at the person as they're running and I usually play with a gamepad. Is there a way I could just press a button instead of holding one down, and is there a way to configure this for my gamepad?

You can hold right on the dpad on an xbox controller instead, not sure about other controllers though.
