The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

What do you need controls for? For LSPD:FR, ELS, plugins/scripts? If it's for LSPD:FR, take a look at this. The Misc section in mods have more control lists, also, just looking at YouTube will also help you get familiar with the controls.
