Does anyone experience this ,

I was having a Drug deals call out , and i proceed to the scene . and the despatcher say arrest both suspect . but when i handcuff and arrest the 2 suspect . i onlycan Seat/ bring 1 suspect to my car and police station only. is it me or wad ,

It's not really a bug, you're only allowed to transport one suspect at a time in your vehicle. In this case, you're probably better off calling in transport for one suspect, waiting for them to be taken care of, and then taking the other one yourself.

Or you could be a bad cop and just pop a cap in both of them.

Not sure about dispatches but I'm able to arrest two people off the street and transport them both in my squad car.

When you have two suspects, press E to arrest the first one and press F9. Then, point your gun at the second suspect and press E again, then press F9. I discovered this little trick by accident.
