my vehicles aren't spawning what do i have to do to fix that

What vehicles? When you select a cruiser from the police garage? When you spawn one from the trainer, the AI vehicles? Little more info please. 

ok my police spot i have a crown vic in there and doesn't want to spawn

Have you installed a custom CVPI?

yes by policesco i have it in the sheriff spot and policeold1 spot but it just won't spawn in my police spot because im using it for my three departments

Unless you know what you're doing, changing the names if vehicle flies is dangerous. In the way that the vehicle won't spawn or it breaks your game. When you downloaded the vehicle, what slot was it originally meant for?

Yeah you can, if you know what you're doing. Have you changed them in relation to the vehicle?

no i haven't

im doing it for fivereborn

The vehicles not spawning is most likely to do with your vehicle.meta and carvariation files. I wouldn't want to say what to do with them as I'm not even to sure how to edit them. If you put the original files into the correct police slot and add the original vehicle.meta and carvariation into the correct file it should work. Like I said, I wouldn't go about messing about incase you do some damage to your game.
