The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

When I download a car and see these files can I copy the file and paste into their destinations or do I have to be manually open the included file and copy the lines and past them in the games meta and carvariations file?

in the newest openiv you can edit them directly. right click, edit, paste, save.

open the included file, copy the edited lines and paste into the original (full) file
