Does anyone know or have a list of the ranks that are set by the forums in relation to how much reputation you have? 

I don't have it, but you can change it yourself in your profile anyway so it doesn't matter much.

You just go to your profile and click on Edit profile and it's literally the first thing you can change.

Don't know if it because I'm using the mobile version, but I cannot seem to find it. It isn't ' Ingame officer display name ' is it?

If you can't do it on your phone, then you might want to consider logging on a computer to make everything easier.
