@EDIT i found the Problem:

i installed in the Orginal folder and its work!

The name from the folder is: Rockstar Games!

 

My problem can u read in this spoiler!

But its fixed!

I install the LSPD FR and than the Ragehook!

and yes , i restarted my PC!

 

My antivirus is AVIRA and that is OFF
