I don't exactly know what cause this or how to fix it, could somebody help please?

It happens when I load LSPDFR.dll or LSPDFREnhancer.dll

For all future references, this is usually caused by having the multiplayer vehicles show up in singleplayer. Untick it in your RPH settings.
