i was looking to download these two files and i was wondering when i get a call out or something will it name actual car names or vanilla car names in the description this goes for location of the map aswell

it will still be the vanilla car name because the audio will not be change 

Just stating, I wouldn't recommend using these big mega car packs. I can bet you 95% of the cars have no functioning LODs and will eat your game inside out.

http://www.moddb.com/mods/simple-authentic-car-pack-oiv-10 i don't agree with your statement regarding lods because this guy i have installed before had function lods on most if not all and he used to remove them from the update if there was something that did not work
