Hey, I'm looking for that unmarked Tahoe/Suburban (Not ELS enabled.) that you showed in your COPS video.

But I can't seem to find it, I only find with ELS.

Another question:

I see people writing on their mods: "ELS" or "ELS-H".

What is the difference between them?

ELS and NON-ELS basically, non ELS utilizes the same lighting as the original lighting for IV, ELS has alot of bugs, but the lighting is more realistic then non-ELS, ELS has the God mode on cars that makes your car indestructible when the lights are on, NON ELS doesn't have any bugs, besides the fact it's highly unrealistic, in my opinion, i really don't know what ELS-H is for to be honest. and i don't think there are non ELS trucks out there.

I'm not sure which Tahoe you're looking for specifically but here's some non-ELS ones:

You can also check for non-ELS cars in general.

ELS-H means ticking "Halogen-only" in the ELS.ini file for that particular car.
