okay to be clear i do know how to install and put my cars into the game by now , well my problem is right after gta got updated my police cars wont appear as i have installed such an example would be tahoe - fbi2. Before the update it was all good appearing and all after i updated my game i had a backup of my old update.rpf so i reverted back to play and i used rage p hook 51 - yes i was able to enter the game though my mods folder had all the cars i have installed  the issue was that it was appearing as vanilla car pack .

Albo has a modding DLC pack.

It is simple to install and allows updates to be painless.
