so  i installed ELS and i pressed cntrl p nothing happend and now the lights are not flashing the only thing flashing is the taillights if someone could please help me thanks i added a copy of asi loader file if it helps

try uninstalling the OPEN IV asi loader, then reinstalling it, its a common issue if that fails, make sure you have the required program listed in thr documentation of ELS, the C++ thing,

make sure you have the VCF files in the proper place

if all that fails...HAMMER TIME.....

So my els lights are on but they are not flashing. I have to wait until New script Hook update

 

I also installed police smart radio I keep getting a black box in the middle of screen 

the black box means albos script is detecting something odd...probbalt cuz the games new patch screws those mods, btw, theres this cool mod fo the smart radio, APX 7000 sounds :P

Try updating the albo.common that he updated on the first...if that doesn't work you you remove the mods for a bit till things get up dated, as for els....you need script hook v to run it if you have the most up to date game..you gotta wait for that to update my els is dead for now too but I have lcpdfr running
