Hey, I bought GTA IV so I could use LCPDFR but it seems I come across this non LCPDFR related issue when I drive around in GTA. The issue I have is when I drive out of the port bit at the start non of the scenery apart from the lampposts and some small features appear I cannot seems to change the graphic setting and my computer isn't too awful specs.
