The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

i updated to the the latest version of RPH and installed just like before and like the readme says. Now I am getting an error stating "could not hook game process"

Add your game to your AV exceptions and make sure no GTA V exe file is set to run as administrator in the properties.
