In really dont know what to do, I do not use a shortcut to Rage.exe or other folders like I saw in a "fix" video, I reinstalled GTA again, same for the LSPDFR mod and RPH. I enabled "Run as administrator" in the properties of Rage.exe even enabled full control of the application, and I still get the same error over and over again. I even searched throughn the firewall settings and regedit. If anyone knows how to deal with this problem post a reply on this topic. Thank you all.

make sure you when you are launching the Ragehook.exe you are right clicking on it and Running as Administrator there. If that isnt your problem, then disable your anti virus and do not turn it back on until you have downloaded and reinstalled lspdfr.  let me know if you fix your problem..if no we can do some research.

So I tried everything, I reinstalled the RPH (the new version) and LSPDFR. I am getting the same error, please I need help with this annoying problem and I really want to play this mode, so anyone, I really need your help. Thnak you.

 

I just fully updated my whole PC with it's latest updates and that worked for me when i was having this problem.

Also, if you updated your RPH to the new version, the script hook V is currently not going to be compatible until ScripHook is updated for the new RPH version.

Well the thing is that I dont get an error like "The game files are not updated" or things like that I am just getting the "Not enough permissions" error.

 

scripthookV sometimes causes this error aswell

I did everything that I could to repair this issue, still is not working, again reinstalled everything, including scripthookV, anyone having an opinnion or a fix, please leave your suggestions here, I really do appreciate that you help me.

 

hmm okay there aren't many things that could be causing this that are known. first, try to run GTA V and making sure your normal game runs with no problems.  if your game runs good, then it has to be one of the mods. sotry this..open your Open IV up and see if it prompts you to update your rpf through there. if there is no big green box asking you to update your rpf, close Open IV and move your mod folder to your desktop.  try to run the police mod without the mod folder..if that doesn't do it, then you are probably on the verge of a re install lol. lemme know how it goes
