I'm not sure if this is a feature already, but I would like to see a random event where if you stop a ped using E there would be a chance that he would run from you in a foot pursuit, much like how some drivers flee when you pull them over. It would add an element of unpredictability to stopping peds and be realistic.

I don't believe that there is a current feature like that.

 

You can use GTA V comes alive, there are peds running down the street. (No blips are shown on map for realism)

 

Some are involved in fights or other incidents.
