LSPDFR mod not working right

I am trying this mod for the first time and its awesome and I have some ELS vehicles in there those are the only vehicles that I put in the rest are add on.

 

The problem is it keeps crashing while playing or trying to arrest someone just the LSPDFR and RAGE the game still plays after but then I had to restart the game the game itself only crashed once that's it I have screen shots of what it's doing I have tried everything from regular start up to admin start up and it still dose it ? please help thanks.

It means you don't have LSPD First Response.dll into that directory

but I have it in the plugins folder do I take the folder out and place the two files in the directory ?

i see too many quotes of a rage log...and not enough asking the right shite.....what is in your plugins folder....personally if you are missing the .dll, go to the LSPDFR download and get the manual install file...it should contain it in there if not...try using the automatic installer
