I need a new gaming PC, so I went on Ebay to have a look. This is what I found.

 

I need everybodies opinion on this - Will I get 40+ FPS on high settings, and will police lights be realistic?

Well if you have the budget i would really suggest getting something a bit beefier.  I run a more recent system being a I7-4720 and a 950m GPU with the same amount of ram and I have to keep my settings low to get a respectable FPS. Regardless that system is relatively outdated with older graphics cards and a well aged processor. You might get lucky and it will work fine but i highly doubt you will get high settings with 40+ FPS.

Can anybody suggest a computer that can run GTA V with high settings, and coronas for under 340£?

if i did my maths right 340 GBP is about 400 bucks.....USD.....my rig is 1200 USD custom built and thats 963.81 in the currency listed which looks like GBP....and i need to upgrade a few parts....you could probbaly get a decent off the shelf model and up grade the PSU and gfx cards for cheap i did that as my first ever computer mod
