Rage Plugin Hook Stuck On Waiting for game window

My RPH And lspdfr mod was working fine about an hour ago and then It will not load and gets stuck on Waiting For Game Window...

I didnt add anything My game was fine all day and then it started doing this

Do you have a backup which is similar to the directory you are trying to use right now?

Yeah I do I might just Reinstall LSPDFR Next Weekend if it doesn't work. Because the backup I have is a clean gta copy

You can try to re- download rage hook or LSPDFR.

 

If you didn't edit anything else lately and it just stopped working I see no other way, just re install your mods.

Make sure none of the stock GTA V exe's are running as administrator.

please i need help i  have the same problem and  i  just don´t know what to do i am desparate i have tried redownloading both gta 5 and RPH 

and if i start it up with admin the launcher will crash

acutally found the issue, had to update openIV
