I try to pull over a vehicle on Lspdfr and the darn thing wont let me, I hit "A"  on the controller and shift on the board after I try the controller and nothing happens. I try to use multiple skins on my cars, so to do so I always edit my Vehicles Meta on the flag line, that's all I do. But it wont let me pull the car over but the game lets me have my multiple liveries in the game. Can someone please tell me how I can fix this to where I can use my skins and I can pull the car over.

Does LSPDFR work and are you on duty ? Also please post your vehicles.meta and tell me one of the cars you are having the issue with.

It should work now. You only had the flag "FLAG_HAS_LIVERY" in the flags section. You need to have "FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT" and "FLAG_EMERGENCY_SERVICE" for it to be recognized as an emergency vehicle. I usually put this in the flags for all police cars <flags>FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT FLAG_EMERGENCY_SERVICE FLAG_NO_RESPRAY FLAG_DONT_SPAWN_IN_CARGEN FLAG_REPORT_CRIME_IF_STANDING_ON FLAG_HAS_LIVERY</flags>
