The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Might be a noob question, but I'm getting into making skins and was wondering if there is an easier way to find templates other than going to individual models and downloading them.

It is always good to get templates from their corresponding models to avoid confusion. I have downloaded templates and never labeled them and out of confusion had to re-download the vehicle again for reference, for example: the many templates for the latest generation Charger, because it has so many base models with different templates. Overall, in my past experience it is useful to download the model with the template to avoid unnecessary confusion, but that's just me.
