Dials not working in-game

I am attempting to get the dials to work on bugs/carper's charger. I've tried the following:

Importing the base model and immediately exporting it.

Moving the dials material to the top.

Move the dials to the top of the hierarchy.

Deleting the glass in front of the dials.

Making sure the dial texture is in the ytd.

 

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I might be wrong but I believe dashboards are configured in the vehicles.meta entry for the particular vehicle. Don't remember the values to input but if you were to try police2's or something you might find a good one.

It does have that. The base dev model works fine in the slot anyways. It has to be something that I'm not doing between importing the base dev model and exporting it.

I solved the issue. I was saving the vehicle with the main dummy being police_hi. By changing it to just police and exporting it fixed the dials.
