The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Because I have no idea what I'm doing, and I need help. I have installed OpenIV, but I'm still very lost. I have this mod in my game so I can use online characters. I want to be able to add more police clothing  to them, as well as switch up my cars too. If anyone has any links to tutorial videos or the like, please help me so I can understand! lol Thanks so much!
