Hello, My is Chris and today I wrote this topic because am having problems with my lcpdfr.  I bought GTA 4 for pc on disc acouple  of days ago. I followed onw youtuber steps on downloading lspdfr I followed them how he did it. but everytime I start up GTA 4 and press alt+p nothing happens. I deleted and redownload te whole game more then 5 times and lcpdfr still wont start up. I don't know if it because am on windows 10 or if am doing something wrong but I really need help. am at the point were I really don't care about downloading car packs and skin packs I just want lcpdfr so I can do some police rp.  

 

Run LCPDFR 1.1 Diagnostics Tool, you must missing some requirements that's why lcpdfr won't load.
