i looked an it is on sirensetting 13 already.

Definitely because your Sirensetting for the SHERIFF (Or whatever slot the car is in) is NOT 13. Change it to 13 and it will be fixed. I had the same issue, and that fixed it. I couldnt find the default Sheriff Carvariations file, so I had to get a new carvar for the sheriff slot and change the Sirensetting to 13.

it's already set to 13.

This sounds incredibly stupid, but when you updated the carvariations, did you click "edit mode", then drag and drop the carvariations back in?

 

If yes, I'm not sure why the lights wouldn't be working right.

Since all your other vehicles work fine, I'm sort of at a loss.  Carvariations for vehicles such as Sheriff should be overwritten when using mpchristmas2.

 

In game, do the rotator lights rotate at all, or do they just flash in a similar pattern to the original sheriff car?

they just pop in and out, but i'm gonna grab some sleep. thanks for the help man!
