The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Ive been looking in the RDE download, and Ive got a few things installed correctly. I think.

This thing is not simple and straight forward enough for the average user. Itd be nice if they would make it a one click 'install' exe file.

 In lieu of that, a simple guide, ONE document that walks you thru each step of all the different parts AND folders install guide. Very simple step by step, ie: open OpenIV, and the path update/dlc..  Youre assuming that were as smart and familiar with all this as you are..lol, sorry, were not.

 When you do something like this its important you make it Very Clear and Simple that anyone could understand.

  Ive become lost & confused going thru the different folders and addons.

  Maybe it just needs one folder with one guide for everything

    I'm not exactly sure what your issue is. RDE version 3.0 literally just requires you to run a .exe file that will guide you through the available options, and at the end it then builds a .oiv file you can simply install through the OpenIV package installer. Can't be much easier than that.
