will this computer run lspdfr and sapdfr   comfortably ?  im about to buy this computer if it will  I will also want lots of mods  and pluggins do to guys think it will do it ?

It will run LSPDFR comfortably; SAPDFR isn't a mod unless you plan on playing GTA San Andreas.

I have no idea what a service pack is, I never had one installed. 

I have Win 10 at the moment with 8GB RAM, due for an upgrade soon

Will the acer predator Helios 300 the 2018 version run lspdfr well, I want to buy a  laptop that I can play lspdfr on, any recommendations to what I should get?

Not only is that online, but that is a very exclusive community which you must apply to, train at, and its honestly a bit more trouble than it's worth, as once you get in you find it's not as fun as it seems. Either way if you do want to apply, you have to wait until the first of each month and then go to dojrp.com then they accept about 50 out of a couple thousand apps each month, so good luck. Before someone asks, I know this, because I am at that community.
