It's a little outdated, so I wouldn't expect it to play the latest games on maximum, but if you don't care about 4k and are willing to compromise with graphics on the latest releases, you should be fine. It should perform well for LSPDFR.

Not gonna lie and say you should definitely get a better GPU and CPU. An Intel CPU is pretty much a musthave as GTA and especially RPH are heavily optimized for it. I'd recommend a 9xx series NVIDIA GPU at the very least, but preferably a 10xx series. These do not have to be expensive as you can buy the lower end 10 series for pretty competitive prices.
32GB of RAM is pretty overkill specially for such a build.
I wouldn't buy it.

Gtaassassin reacted to Iggy Fresh in graphics cardsWelcome! For that price range, your best bet is to get an Nvidia GTX 970 4GB video card. I've never had any issues with EVGA video cards, so I would recommend them.
