That is strange.

 

Try this.  Set your postfx to high.  If this doesn't work, set them to low, save, and try setting them on high again. Not ultra.

there is no LOW option only normal high v.h and ultra and tried that.. I give up srsly what the heck... it must be a smothing... we are close but what next options ?

I meant normal.  I've heard sometimes ultra high post fx might need to be reset, so try normal. Save.  Then high.  Other than that, I really have no clue as to why the lights would be like this unless you installed a custom carcols that might be interfering.  Otherwise, everything I've linked/recommended should work.

 

Just to be clear with the edited visualsettings.dat.  Are you clicking "edit mode", dragging and dropping the file in, then clicking "edit mode" again?

i have the same problem. But changing the visualsettings helped. Unfortunately the taxi signs to bright.
Is there a solution?

post fx also must be restarted somehow i don;t know why but one of these changes worked :P

This is an easy fix.  Go into the .ytd for Taxi, find taxi_sign_2, add this image to it.

just wanted to say the rage hook must be run as admin atleast in my computer to got it work all 100% correctly

This too.  I always run Rage as admin to assure that the game has access to everything it needs.
