Hi guys,

Does anyone know how to make the GTA V ELS lights brighter like in GTA IV?

You can try using BEL and/or Bright Lights -

You're welcome!

Bright Lights does have an issue where it makes Taxi sign lights incredibly bright.  If you use Bright Lights, you can use this image to help tone down the brightness.  Just go into the Taxi's.ytd.
