Anyone can help me with this siren light,  is not bright of the lens  flare. 

When I throw a grenade. The light on the siren appeared. When not only a blue color red only. Can anyone fix it?

Is not like this,  i screenshoot in YouTube.

    Yes that's right. I want brighter emergency lights in my game. When i download mods brighter visual is not effect anything.

    Get Radiance V. After you install it and are in game, go into your game graphic settings and set shader quality and post fx both to high or above.
