A game crash of this type before the game actually starts usually indicates a problem with something installed into the game's RPF files with OpenIV that the game does not like, or that has not been installed correctly.

 

Please provide a list of the mods you have, particularly any vehicles or other mods to the game files themselves. What have you added most recently?

As you might guess, I make PeterUCallouts. I love working to bring LSPDFR players the kind of callouts that strike a good balance between realism and fun and are stable & varied!

If your running the latest Nvidia drivers with W10 and W7 the Nvidia Geforce Experience is causing the RPH to crash, uninstall it, there is a bug that affects it.

Hello! i have the same issue every time i try to start GTA with LSPDFR and Rage hook plugin it crashes the second the game windows becomes visible on the screen , i´ve tried with uninstalling geforce experience but that didn´t help , any other suggestions , what the cause of this could be?
