I have done everything it says to in order to download ELS for LSPDFR, but it never works. It does the normal things where it doesn't work. Please help me

Please elaborate.  How does it not work?  Do the lights not turn on? Do sirens not work?

Sirens do work, lights do not. Some of the lights stay on solid at times. When pressing "e" the only lights that actually work are the brake lights doing the flashing stuff it's supposed to do minus the reverse lights.

In OpenIV, go to ASI Manager and uninstall ASI Loader and OpenIV.ASI and then click install again to reinstall them. Next, restart your PC, and try loading into the game again and see if that works.

1. You have to press J to turn the ELS lights on

2. Make sure you've downloaded a car that's actually for ELS. 

3. ELS-STYLE lights, such as Captain14's packs, do not work with ELS.
