GTA Ran out of memory

1. I've reinstalled GTA.
2. I've restarted my pc multiple times. 
3. I've verified my game cache/files through steam.
4. I've deleted the settings.xml like @DoJoMan18 said.
5. I've deleted all GTA files on my entire computer. (Everything called GTA)

6. I've checked and changed my virtual memory to what my pc can handle and fiction numbers.

    Hi,   Try to delete your settings.    Go to --> My documents --> Rockstar Games --> GTA V And delete settings.xml.  I hope that this is going to fix your problem
