OK while the The video is still uploading on youtube ,

what i want to ask is Do you see the Word " POLICE on the Middle of the Lightbar """ I love it very much , but some thing i dont like is when i replace the VIsual setting with the luminescene mods visual settings . the Lightbar white light is too bright , cant even see the Word " Police "

Is it possible to edit it . is it by editing the visual settings . but corleone say it cant be solved , is done by rockstar to work like that ingame
