The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hi 

Just wondering if anybody can help? I downloaded some cars yesterday and installed them and i noticed that the sirens were working but the lights were flashing but it looked stuck like it wasn't flashing it was still, so i downloaded some more cars and i have the same issue this is not  on all the cars!

    Were the cars you downloaded ELS?  Did you install their VCF?
