I'm getting an unhandled exception in the Force Duty command and a total crash of LSPDFR. I have reason to believe Custom Backup may have caused it but I cannot be sure.

According to your log, it has something to do with PolicePartner.  Do you have any partner mods/scripts?

Just Police Partner, but this is odd since this began occurring after I installed Custom Backup, so I assumed that was causing it, but couldn't be sure.

I reinstalled Police Partner, which now works fine, but I'm still getting Unhandled Exceptions.

Sadly, your log doesn't have this unhandled exception.  However, I see you have Realtime sync or whatever the actual name is. I had a lot of problems the first time I installed this mod.  Temporarily remove this and see how it is.

I've had this mod in since its last update and have run LSPDFR with it issue-free. Anyway, Super Bowl's on in two hours so I'm not doing any work tonight lmao

I'm actually seeing a few problems in your second log.

 

LSPD First Response: VocalDispatch: Encountered an exception. It was: System.InvalidOperationException: Cannot find the requested data item, such as a data key or value.

The crash that you're getting appears to be callout related, but it doesn't clarify which.

 

There was a "failed to add created pedmodelmeta" for PeterUCallouts, but it said it skipped this.  What callouts have you added recently?

The only thing I can suggest is to try and debug it yourself. Take out a callout pack, and see if it happens.
