The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Does anyone one know where police4 is in vehicles.meta? I am trying to fix the lightbar tint on the LSSD pack for the Explorer. I can't seem to find it. :/
