Whenever I attempt to pull someone over, I turn my lights on, and turn my sirens on until they pull over.  They never pull over.  Infact, they drive off and end up running into a wall.  I use ELS, just to let you know.  I have tried all of my vehicles, reinstalling LSPDFR, Rage Hook, and ELS...

Turn your lights on then press shift behind them....

So you weren't pressing shift?

Before, I didn't have to press shift.  I just tried shift, and it still didn't work.

Oh thats weird, you would always have to press shift to pull someone over

You know I'm on LSPDFR and GTA V, right?

go into the els.ini and turn of traffic control. It is under general and is called "ElsTrafCtrlOn" change it to false.

Ill try it out.  I uninstalled ELS and put in non els vehicles for a temporary fix.

I'm having the same problem. They will not pull over  for me!
