People won't pull over.

Featured Replies

Whenever I attempt to pull someone over, I turn my lights on, and turn my sirens on until they pull over.  They never pull over.  Infact, they drive off and end up running into a wall.  I use ELS, just to let you know.  I have tried all of my vehicles, reinstalling LSPDFR, Rage Hook, and ELS...

Will try.  It wasn't like this for me before.

@OfficerWalters - It didn't do anything.

Before, I didn't have to press shift.  I just tried shift, and it still didn't work.
