  1. ELS won't pull people over for me, when I remove it, it works fine. I am using ELS cars, pressing J 3 times and pressing shift. Nothing helps

  3. Hello! I am having a problem with my GTA IV. I was inserting a vehicle, and it was originally named "police1.wtd." I accidently changed it to fbi.wdt." I have fixed the problem. It's just that I cannot delete "fbi.wdt" from OpenIV. I already have the vehicle installed. Thanks for your help.

    This is a list of controls for LCPDFR. I printed a copy of this, and put it on my desktop, while I play. This should help you all out there!
  7. I am missing a dll, where can I download it? I checked the log file, and I am missing this: [System dependencies] Checking D3DX9_43.DLL [System dependencies] Failed to find D3DX9_43.DLL Then, it says to check the log for more info about a log check. Here is what it says: [Log Check] Checking log files [Log Check] asilog.txt lists failed load: 0x00000000 Diagnostics_23.8.2015_12_26_36.log
