Just to expand, your log indicates GTA Comes Alive is causing a lot of problems.  I'm not sure if this alone is causing the crashes, though.

 

Are you on the latest version of it?  If you are, you may need to just play without this mod.

    Go into the Rage settings, then to Advanced Settings and find an option with something similar to:
    Enable countermeasure against online vehicles being removed in singeplayer

    If that's enabled, disable it. It causes crashes outside of Los Santos.
    If it doesn't, then check your car/file mods.
