Hello!

I'm using the default police cruiser (LCPD), but I don't see the lightbar (light works, siren not). How to fix it?

You gotta install a vehicle that is ELS enabled bud. If you look under the download button of any vehicle mod scroll down till you see "ELS Compatibility" Check if it says yes/no to tell if it's ELS enabled. 

Wrong section, the LCPDFR Support Section is for support regarding the LCPDFR modification itself, but as your issue was resolved, locking.
