log says your ELS is working. Maybe you have scroll lock on or you're not pressing the right key? Dunno.

nope, els is unlocked and the panel says that stage three lights are on, but it doesnt actually light up

Same here:/.... Panel says lights are on and flashing but no lights are actually on....

Now to add even more BS to my problem. I re did my whole mods folder as I said before..... after re doing it I ran the game cars come up fine visual mods look good as normal buuuut ELS didn't work..... I come home a little bit ago try to re install scripthookV. I run rage after that and now it is running as a vanilla game... Stock police cars stock visuals, sounds ect. My mods folder is still in the folder with all my vehicle, sound, visual mods.... not sure what changed again after it was working fine.... Its all going to hell now.. I'm really confused now why nothing that is in the mods folder is appearing in game when it all showed up fine the last time I ran it just the ELS lights were not working....

 

also lspdfr runs fine... callouts ect.

so so restarting it made the lights work for ELS ??? I'll try it in the AM

Today i experienced an issue. Prior to me installing a Vehicle mod pack, my ELS was working just fine, but after only one vehicle's Light bars would turn on and it was one that was seperate from the pack.

ELS its self is fully functional, the menu and everything works but the actual lights in game will not come on. 

the tail lights on any vehicle flash when my full stage lights are enabled, in a wig wag pattern and they do not apper on the ELS panel(ctrl+p) take downs and steady burn does work but that's it.

 i've reinstalled ELS multiple times aswell as script hook, and even other visualsettings.dat's and yet the problem is still here. im completely clueless as to what could be wrong.

ive tried different cars and still same issue. even on the one car that worked prior.

all of it works with ELS until we got this issue

Not sure if you two found a fix... I did find one.... This is all I did.  I completely reinstalled ScripthookV then completely installed ELS again. Went in game it was working again. Also this may have nothing to do with it but I did delete Map editor and all the files for that. idk if u guys have that too or if that even was a reason it working again.... I would do the scripthookV and ELS again.

Let me know what happens. Like I said this morning nothing was working sill. Deleted scripthook re installed it then re installed ELS and it worked.

Make sure "asi.loader" is installed via open IV.

I did that today as well. I went to it and uninstalled it then clicked install to re install it.  try that. I know that probably has nothing to do ELS not working but its worth a shot.

Did restarting help?

Not for me. I re installed scripthookV and ELS and cleaned out all the scripthookV text logs in the main fold (not that effected it) then tried it and it worked!

Yeeees it works now after restarting thanks to you all guys!!!!!!!!!! Im happy now ::::)))))

alot of people are getting this problem and reinstalling all the mods, reinstalling all the plugings and asi's aren't fixing it either, all my vcf's are unmodified. the funny thing that's common between all of us is that it was working and now  from my video 3/4 working, all of the functions are working as they should but the lightbars are spazed out. its soo weird, and there was no updates that could have done this without ruining the other addon cars to begin with.
