Hey guys.... Could somebody please explain to me how I use captains 14's pack 

as a dlc shell in order for me to add more vehicles to the slots such as Police slot 6, Police 7 , etc.....

 

please if you have any knowledge of how to do this please don't view my topic and scroll past it
