HELP needed: Too many CRASHES

Featured Replies

Howdy fellow officers,

I've been playing LSPDFR for years now without any issues (except the expected script crash every once in a while) but lately my total game just crashes and closes itself. This happens almost every time I play; sometimes after 5 minutes, sometimes after an hour.

Could someone, who has the knowledge and the time, please take a look at my last crash report I've included.

Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Peace and a Colt .45

I have this erratic crash behaviour sometimes and it's mostly caused by corrupted installations.

When this occurs, disinstalling and reinstalling mods (models/ASI/RPH/plugins - everything) from scratch always worked.

In my experience, most of the times game crashes are caused by something in "mods" folder: modifications in .rpf files are not always stable. I suggest to keep a backup of a mod folder that you have tested a lot and you're sure it's stable.

Thanks for the answer but this is from a clean install. I recently bought an SSD and put everything on there. Well, I did a fresh install of LSPDFR and all plugins and scripts but not from my mods installed with Open IV .  I didn't feel like re-installing all the cars and mods but maybe I'll just try that ???

Another 2 crashes in 30 minutes time. Another 2 crash reports for someone to look at when they feel like it.

Thanks...
