lightbars

hey their! ok I do not really understand how you make vehicles work much less the light bars. I want to change the lightbars on the default interceptor and granger  found here:

I'm not really sure what lightbar I want yet...suggestions are open. I do not know if you can make it ELS style, but if you can that would be great. um....to describe the bar I'm looking for it would be yellow on the back of it going left or right. the front would be red and blue going from right to left  this is the best video I can find.

33 seconds into the video is what I mean by the rellow bar (1:28 is what I want on the front )

the other option is to have a only red and blue light bar with a orange bar in the back window like this:
