Trying something new

Featured Replies

So,I was happy with my current visual tweaks and they look so decent, but I was just bored cuz I don't have much to mod on my EFLC.Just then,I came up with a thought that theres a big buzz about ENBs nowadays.

FYI: I've tried various ENBs before,99% of them crashed my game straight away and the ones which worked did not actually work at all.Thats why I stay away from them. But yesterday,I thought lets try once more.I got L3EVO 2012 NY v1.2 nVIDIA update ENB by lpf312 and installed it (both on IV and EFLC).

Result:

EFLC: The indoors look quite bright and somewhat cool than the original, but as soon as I went outside...FUUU-- Now pressing Shift+F12 is the key,you say? Nothing happens.Just a bit of low

brightness.Everythings stock.I wonder how they photoshop their images to look so cool in the promo screens.

GTA IV: The indoor...FUUUU---!! MY VISUAL TWEAKED SCRIPT WAS FAR BETTER THAN THIS SH!T

So,how actually do you guys get to start this stupid thing?

If I may make a suggestion. I myself HATE ENB. It screwed up one graphics card I had so now I refuse to use ENB entirely. But if you want the same effects as ENB, I would suggest using Real Time Cycle V5 by Sgt Kanyo (i think that's the author of it).

Then use the luminescence mod instead of radiance.

and finally in game set your display to

-Brightness 100

-Contrast 0

-Saturation 20

I'm really satisfied with my results. my latest screenshots in gallery shows the outcome of my visual tweak.

Pros. my cars have a good amount of reflection going on. the color on trees and buildings and cars dont look bright. Instead it has a sort of a pale coloring to it but decent and a bit realistic.

During daytime, everything is nice and bright. reflection on your car hood. Your police lights are nice and bright during day and night.

At night, you better have the flashlight mod installed because you gonna need it lol at night its pitch black.

Cons. During late afternoon when the sun is setting, IMO the lighting is way too bright and when your headlights are flashing against a car, you get the bright white diamond/star shaped things.

By custom visual script,I meant TimeCyc v5,actually.lol!

And yes,it looks better than most ENBs.Sometimes, people with nice ENB setups just keep messaging me how I achieved that " decent looking graphics " lol!

EDIT: I'll still be looking for some help, here.

EDIT2: Sorry, close the thread.Seems like nobody is willing to help. So,I ain't asking for it anymore, too.ENBs have always pissed me off. Succeed this time too.
