I cant get GTA 4 to open!

I have installed GTA 4 on my pc and downloaded LCPDFR. After I install LCPDFR when I try to open the game the computer states that the program is not responding. How can I fix this??

Please read the stickies for troubleshooting problems first before posting a problem. You have failed to post a diagnostic report using the diagnostic tool, which will help aid us in troubleshooting your problem. There are way too many variables as to why your game is crashing, including unsuccessfully installing LCPD:FR, installing bad mods and/or mods conflicting with LCPD:FR, and missing essential components to run mods on GTA IV. Hopefully we can assist you further after you post this error log.
