  1. Can't get LCPDFR to go on Duty

    When I first started the game it showed an error code with the dsound.dll file, but if you click on the start file again the game will open. Once the game gets to where you can play when I click Alt-P to start the mod it does nothing... Any ideas???

    I have installed GTA 4 on my pc and downloaded LCPDFR. After I install LCPDFR when I try to open the game the computer states that the program is not responding. How can I fix this??
