I think this is either a Whelen II or Whelen liberty SX, But not sure so if someone could help me real quick it would be much appreciated!

yes its a liberty (the old style). The liberty II is slightly larger profile, has a different styled lens setup, and doesn't have colored lenses, but rather has the ability to utilize colored inner inserts if so desired.  Plus the liberty II uses a stacked 3 LED alley light as opposed to the older LR-11 style alley light as shown in the pic.

 this is the one they use correct? also, in the picture can you tell if they use coronas or Leds's

That looks correct! And coronas are just a GTA/video game thing to display  emissiveness (as I understand it).  

 real lights are either LED (new gen or 5mm style) strobe or halogen. That bar is LED all around it look like.
